About Zen Laughter

Workplace stress can lead to burnout, anxiety, depression, and other serious health issues.

We use laughter to promote mental  wellbeing and help teams build emotional resilience by releasing stress, boosting morale and enhancing team dynamics.

We deliver online and in-person group workshops that combine laughter yoga with mindfulness and relaxation techniques
